ANHAM FZCO LLC is an investment holding and services company created by the Arab Supply and Trading company of Saudi Arabia, HII Finance of Vienna, VA and the Munir Sukhtian International of Amman, Jordan. The principals’ access to capital, management capabilities and technical expertise are complemented by local partners capable of identifying, analyzing, negotiating and structuring ventures in emerging markets, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Romania, Russia and Libya, among others . ANHAM FZCO‘s extensive management and private equity expertise enhances the group’s overall value by applying proven successful investment practices to businesses worldwide.

These activities are conducted through a wide range of subsidiary local companies, joint ventures and collaborative agreements. As more project opportunities arise, ANHAM intends to expand its investments in those sectors by identifying appropriate joint venture partners and hiring the appropriate management personnel to ensure successful implementation.

In the oilfield sector, for example, ANHAM has established Superior Iraqi Oil Services (SIOS), a company fully managed by Iraqi engineers, formerly with the Ministry of Oil and related operating companies, who are intimately acquainted with the country’s infrastructure and operations.

Investment Strategy :

ANHAM plans to leverage its expertise and relationships in the U.S. and Europe to establish joint ventures with U.S. and European entities in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. ANHAM will invest its own capital using leverage through private and public sector sources whenever appropriate, to invest and develop businesses. It is also well-positioned to commit capital to the acquisition and restructuring of appropriate enterprises.

A powerful combination of local partners and principals in the U.S. and Middle East, possessing an intimate knowledge of the region’s history and business practices, is being applied locally in Iraq. ANHAM has worked extensively over several decades with legal and financial institutions in the United States and the Middle East. ANHAM has had
extensive exposure to government organizations in the region and, as a result, has gained an in-depth understanding of the political and economic conditions as well as the processes unique to the region.
