Current Operations :

Nour USA, Ltd.’s current portfolio in Iraq includes:

• Management Services for companies based in the Middle East and Europe for US Government contracts.
• Business Development consulting for Middle Eastern companies seeking access to US markets and vice versa.
• Business Development consulting for companies seeking expansion into difficult territories.
• Structuring opportunistic private equity transactions including financial and managerial structures.

Nour USA, Ltd. plans to leverage its expertise and relationships in the U.S. and Europe to establish joint ventures with U.S. and European entities in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Nour USA, Ltd. will invest its own capital using leverage through private and public sector sources whenever appropriate, to invest and develop businesses. It is also well-positioned to commit capital to the acquisition and restructuring of appropriate enterprises.

Signature Projects :

• One of Nour USA, Ltd.’s signature projects has been a Joint Venture with Erinys Iraq. Nour USA, Ltd. provided the financial backing, advice on issues of contractual management and implementation structure to Erinys Iraq to build, operate and transfer the Iraqi Ministry of Oil’s guard force. At its height, Erinys Iraq maintained a force of 20,000 people and operated aircraft to surveil the vast pipleline infrastructure within Iraq.
• Nour USA, Ltd. also partnered with Memex of Scotland to promote its Intelligence analysis software throughout the Middle East and successfully implemented a major installation to a key client under US Government contract.
• Nour USA, Ltd. provides management services in support of ANHAM FZCO, LLC many USG and other multi-million dollar portfolio of contracts utilizing its experience, professional staff, and vast network to assist in the successful implementation of these major endeavors.
